("KubeDNA", "we", "us"), the company behind HelixIAM, processes personal data in connection with the helixiam.com website and our sales and support activities. It does not describe data processed within a self-hosted HelixIAM deployment you operate — you are the controller of that data.

Contact & demo requests — name, work email, company, role and message you submit via our forms.
Communications — emails and messages you send us.

What the contact form sends

When you submit the contact or demo form, the following is sent: your name, work email, company, role (optional), country (optional), the topic you chose, your message, your confirmation of this policy, the page address you submitted from, the page language, and the time of submission. The website itself does not store this data and uses no analytics. The submission is sent by email, via Cloudflare, to KubeDNA B.V., which operates HelixIAM, and is kept in that mailbox only as long as needed to answer you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, and Cloudflare processes your IP address for that check and for rate limiting; no cookies are set for this.

Why we process it

To respond to demo and contact requests (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
To operate the website securely, including anti-spam checks and rate limiting on the forms (legitimate interest).
To send you information you asked for (consent).

Legal basis & your rights

We process personal data under the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Sharing & retention

We share personal data only with processors that help us operate (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery), under data-processing agreements. We retain contact data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from helixiam.com itself, not from third-party services. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. Only the contact and demo pages load Cloudflare Turnstile, as described above.
